A computer graphics and 3D enthusiast, software and websites programmer, music lover, and supporting partner. His role in creating this blog and social media profile is partly content writing and video editing.
Natively from Israel, but has lived on each continent, travel is in his blood. Exploring new people and places has been a way of life for as long as he remembers. It is not by chance he and digital nomadism found each other.
“One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.”
A graphic designer, hand-poke tattoo artist, social media animal and a warm and loving partner. Roza is the main figure behind perfecting our everyday photos and Instagram giggles so that other people will reach them, enjoy them, and hopefully benefit from them.
Born in Russia and moved to Israel at the age 3, she caught the traveling bug sometime in her late 20s and since then has been circling around our globe trying to reach every corner and to keep finding new friends wherever she goes.
“I’m in love with cities I have never been to and people I have never met.”
As for the name – When our journeys started, we had to come up with a name for our Instagram profile. So this word game came up, Nomads Two Go, and we loved the multiple things it symbolizes. Since then, it is not only an Instagram profile, and has become the medium we use to share our knowledge and experience with the world.
Travel is something we both did before we even met. But the mutual journey and decision to leave our previous jobs and start the “digital nomad” way happened in early 2020, a bit before the world had gone through a tornado of tumbling events you all surely remember. We cherish that time and the opportunity it gave us to travel with a low budget and with more space around us.
Maybe what people mean when asking this question is “how do you fund your travels?”, as traveling by itself is quite a trivial task. The answer is that we are working hard everyday developing our businesses and endeavors to earn our bread and butter, and even put some savings for the future.
Where to start? In terms of photography we have a Sony a6600 professional camera, a DJI Mavic Pro 2 drone, a Go Pro, and an iPhone 12. It is quite a lot when you think about it, but. After that we use tools like Lightroom and Premiere (to name the main ones) to create visually attracting pictures and video edits.
Believe it or not we did it 100% ourselves using our knowledge and experience from our main professions. To be honest, it wasn’t as easy and immediate as we thought, but via this experience we actually learned a lot about creating blogs, engaging audiences, and of course a good opportunity to organize our photos 🙂
