Overview

We can speak for hours about all the different aspects of this country. But this is a travel and nomadism blog so let’s focus on that. Religious tourism (due to the rich history and relation to Christianity) is definitely a commonality if you have an interest in where Jesus was born, or where Abraham ate, but if not don’t worry. The country has much more to offer.

What stands out to me is the uniquely diverse landscape in such a small space. The northern portion is full of lakes, mountains, and greenery, the east has a sea of salt and natural wonders, the center is occupied by vibrant cities and multicultural life, and the south is a large desert where you can isolate for days.

So depending on what you are looking for, there is probably something for you. You just need to know how to find it.
