The roads are never too busy, the streets are not too quiet but not too hectic, the beach is accessible and pleasant, and the food is marvelous!
The town is lovely and the art & music scene is definitely something to cherish, but on the other hand the amount of trash in the streets and smell of fish and seagulls everywhere makes the experience a bit rough.
It is a bustling city, with rich local culture, endless markets, and fun activities.
The local people are extremely friendly.
